How to improve immunity

One of my patients had an opinion that brown bread that she buys from the bakery/super markets is a better option for breakfast than our good old indian breakfast items!! It took me a long time to make her understand nutrition is not just the calories or fat and carbohydrates, its much more than that! Its all about nourishment.
Thought of sharing my today’s breakfast with you all as its just one of the ideas how you can improve the quality of your food just by adding natural ingredients that are extremely healthy.
I have used white peels of the watermelon (generally this goes into the waste basket!!) to prepare some very tasty dosas!
This is how we need to improve our immunity, kindly avoid preservatives, emulsifiers, yeast, baking agents, food colors, etc if you want to be healthy!
