Awareness to Well Being

People mistakenly believe that being healthy is only about exercise and diet, when there is much more. The awareness to wellbeing program goes a step further and encourages people to manage stress, improve sleep, drink water, food combinations, music as therapy, schedule daily quiet times, and take care of themselves from a “Whole person” perspective.


Completed her graduation in bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic sciences in 2001-2002 from S.D.M College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Karnataka, affiliated to RGUHS, Bangalore.

Earlier in her career she worked as spa director at golden palms health spa, Bangalore, Serena spa, Novatel, Hyderabad, Jiva at Taj Falkunama Palace, etc. With rich professional experience of working for Jindal nature cure hospital, Bangalore in Acupuncture Department; in her 18 years of experience she has successfully treated several cases of Insomnia, Arthritis, Back Pain , Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes, Back pain, Skin ailments, cardiac disorders, gastric conditions with Naturopathy that includes Acupuncture with electrical stimulation, Acupressure, Reflexology, Acumassage, Therapeutic Massage, Hydrotherapy, Magneto Therapy, along with efficient counselling, balanced diet and rearranging the lifestyle.

Served as a visting Consultant for Govement and Non-government organizations, schools, colleges and other institutions across Karnataka, to promote health awareness through life style management, also written several articles for various health magazines.

She incorporates traditional diagnostic systems like Naturopathy diagnosis, Iris diagnosis, Reiki and Reflexology, Hypnotherapy during consultations, and designed 'Quit Smoking’ concept which helped several men and women in giving up smoking. Graded artiste (Vocal) in All India Radio since 1991 & Performs several classical and light music concerts on stage and for various television channels.

Currently doing research in music therapy and firmly believes that the healing effects of various Indian ragas combined with acupuncture and other naturopathy treatments give the best possible health not only to the diseased but also to healthy people who wants to prevent ailments in their life to stay happy and active.
